Esr high 59 and mild fever
My ear is high 59 and I have legs and knee pain and I am microcytic hypochromic anemic. And mild persistence around 99 fever all the time from last one month and widal O is 1:60 other tires are normal. Is it due to iron deficiency and my hb is 11
