High fever and body pain
I have high fever since last night. After taking paracetamol fever had come down, but again after 6 hrs I started experiencing body pain and headache. Kindly prescribe some medications !

You can have tab Combiflam -twice daily after food for 2 days and by that time get yourself some blood tests done .
Have plenty of water and homemade food.

You can likely has viral fever, but dengue, malaria, typhoid, and UTI should be ruled out with CBC, MP, Dengue NS1/IgM, Widal, and urine tests; meanwhile, manage symptomatically with paracetamol, tepid sponging, hydration, and seek urgent care if fever persists >3 days or warning signs like bleeding, rashes, low urine, or altered sensorium appear.
