Light diet home made, plenty of water n liquid.
Headache, nausea, vomiting, can be due to many reasons including infection, hypertension, constipation, etc.
Please share details of your symptoms.
Get complete blood count, eye check up, b.p., temperature, check up done and share results.
For symptomatic relief, you can take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 3 to 4 days
Tab pantaprazole 20mg one morning and one evening before meals.
Tab domperidone 10mg one every 8 hours for 3 days.
Avoid fatty and spicy food.
