Loose Motion & Positive stool occult
Having loose motion from the past 8-9 days. Have gone for a stool examination. Blood detected in the stool occult test. No rbc in stool r/m. CRP is 45 and Hb is 15.5. Current Medicine - Ofloxacin, Doxynec, Loperamide, Pre-Pro Biotic. Is it due to prolonged diarrhea or is there something serious or can it be false positive. Loose Motions are still there. Waiting for Stool culture. Blood detected in Urine also. I have Kidney stone in both Kidneys. RBC 2.6 for urine r/m

Stop Doxycycline. Continue Ofloxacin, Loperamide and probiotic. High fibre diet is advised. Replenish with ORS water. Book consult for further treatment.
