My 65-year-old father underwent a comprehensive whole-body checkup about a year ago, which revealed normal results across all parameters, including liver and kidney function tests, as well as an abdominal ultrasound. The only exception was his blood sugar levels, which led to him starting diabetes medication. Fortunately, his sugar levels have been well-controlled since then. However, a recent serum creatinine test showed elevated levels at 1.9, which is puzzling given his normal test results just a year ago and his controlled diabetes. I'm seeking insight into whether this elevation could be temporary or caused by factors unrelated to kidney disease, and if it can be treated without resorting to dialysis or other intensive measures.

From last 3-4 months my face is a little bit swollen and also i have pigmentation around my mouth area from past 6-7 months ..i have gain 5-6 kg of weight in last 3-4 months .i have my blood test report here

My mother is 48 years old, she always have normal BP previously, but now a days her BP is  fluctuating between 120-130/80-90 . She sometimes experience sweating and palpitations so we consulted a cardiologist and ECG, 2D ECHO,  and TMT, blood sugar are normal.. the doctor gave prolmet25 . But my question is she will sometimes have normal BP ..is it okay to use BP tablet daily.

Hello doctor, I've been having a persistent problem of feeling extremely dizzy after sleeping, taking a nap or even after lying down for a while. Usually in subsides within an hour or after I've eaten something. It's really disorienting. What should I do? Regards, M. Banerjee

Dry mouth sticky saliva seems due to dehydration caused by excess of caffeine tablet.All reports looks good but not recovering since 2 months even after quitting caffeine. Tried vitamin supplement b12 and c nothing works. Ultrasound kidney fine endoscopy of stomach and ultra sound neck fine. Creatinine slightly elevated. Showed to many doctors even autoimmune disorder INA report is negative. Suggestion please

Hi recently I've started encountering some very weird symptoms. There's an internal weird pain in my lower abdomen, just above my penis. It's a pain that is quite noticeable when I'm running or playing football. It's decently severe pain during those activites. Secondly, I've been constipated for 4-5 days. Finally, my peeing has become weird. There's multiple streams, there's leaking too. This was never the case. What can these symptoms point towards? Kindly note that I was stuck quite hard with football while playing 2 weeks ago but that has happened before and never led to these symptoms. Please help me out as to what these symptoms could be

I accidentally eat chips ,which is eaten by rodent/rat , can it cause me rabbies or any disease. What should I do,either wait for symptoms or go for anti rabbies vaccine
