I have attached the medicines I’m taking after my dental procedure. I had one tooth extraction and stitches yesterday. I’m taking these five medicines, but I only took KETOROL yesterday around 9 p.m. because it was very painful. This morning, the pain is manageable, so I didn’t take it with my other medicines after breakfast.
My period started five days early, at 11:45 a.m. The blood seems watery — is that normal? Could it be because of the medicines I’m taking?

Hello
I’ve gone through your description and the prescription image carefully. You’ve been prescribed a combination of antibiotic (Taxim-O / Cefixime), painkillers (Ketorol, Neodac-SP, Phlogam), and gastric protection (Pantoprazole) after your dental extraction — all standard medications for post-procedure pain and inflammation.
Now, regarding your period starting 5 days early and appearing watery — this is not uncommon. Strong painkillers and anti-inflammatory medicines (like Ketorol and Neodac-SP) can sometimes cause minor hormonal fluctuations, mild uterine blood flow changes, or temporary alteration in cycle timing. Stress, pain, and antibiotics can also add to this effect.
As long as your bleeding isn’t very heavy or prolonged beyond 5–6 days, it’s not a cause for concern.
The “watery” appearance of menstrual blood early in the cycle can happen due to thinner endometrial lining or faster shedding.
Continue your prescribed medicines as directed; they’re safe and won’t affect your reproductive health in the short term.
However, if you notice:
Excessive bleeding or large clots,
Persistent abdominal pain, or
Irregular cycles in the coming months —
then it’s best to review your full medication schedule and menstrual pattern together. I can help assess whether it’s drug-related or cycle-related and guide you on the safest pain control methods for future dental or surgical treatments.
