Is Sterile water of Ceftriaxone IM injection should also be mixed with Lidocaine Solution in Injection ? Or only Lidocaine solution is mixed in Ceftriaxone IM injection but not Sterile water ?

Waking up with constant headache since 4 days.. Severe headache above eyes forehead and backside of head. Especially at the corners of forehead. Finding it very difficult to do daily activities. My vitamin d3 levels are 2.72 and it's been 3 weeks that I have taken uprise d 60k capsule one a week but my knee pain elbow and back pain is there what to do please help also I'm joining gym can I do normal workout or is there certain restrictions?

I was prescribed domperidone (domstal 10mg) thrice a day 2 tablets after each meal (total 60 mg daily) to increase breast milk supply by a lactation consultant. I took it for five months and then stopped somewhat gradually but not properly as asked. A couple of weeks after stopping i started having frequent stools, sometimes soft and loose multiple times a day and read that it can be a withdrawal symptom of not stopping the medicine property. It has been 3-4 months of stopping the medicine. What should I do? I have a lot of anxiety also, but no other gastro or other symptoms.
