Having mucus in troat since last 3weeks and ofently coughing and sometimes little blood inside mucus

I m suffering from a hernia and varicocele on the left testical please help. Me what should I do. I observed last week that I was uncomfortable on the left testical was like heavy not able To walk properly.

My vitamin B12 is 159 and is shown as low normal. Doctor gave neurobion forte tablet for one month. Is the vitamin level too low? Will neurobion forte help correct it? Have on and off muscle aches in legs and arms.

My son is suffering from on and off cough and cold from past 1 month and I have noticed a small lump on his neck (right side below behind ear)  which can be felt from touching and very rarely from strching of neck. He has no pain

Since last night my father is getting a fever of 104 degree. After taking dolo 650 the fever comes down to 101.5 degree. He is having continuous diarrhea and cannot keep down water also. He is feeling very tired and his whole body is aching so much so that he can't go to the doctor also. Please give the  diagnosis and suggest a treatment course.

Have thickened yellow toenails. Only one finger. Photo attached. This has been there for many years now.

Complain are fever, diarrhea, body pain and fatigue... Kindly advice medicine and further test if required

I'm experiencing symptoms of - trembling hands and body, 100/62 BP, sleeplessness, muscle weakness, anxiety, memory loss, loss of appetite, palpitations, dizziness, nausea, heat intolerance since few months. My thyroid report of 2024 feb shows normal thyroid hormone levels. Can someone please tell me what is the possible diagnosis? I'm currently using Vitamin B12 tablets.

My sons came in contact with their cousin on Holi and today he got chicken pox ...can my sons also get chicken pox since they came in contact with him just 2 days ago ...I don't remember if they have been given both vaccines of chicken pox or not but I am sure they got one vaccine atleast ...can they be infected ??? What can I do to a make sure my sons don't get infected ???? One is 18 and other is 14
