I want to know how much part of the digestive tract can be examined by Endoscopy and Colonoscopy? I believe the endoscope can go to upto Deodenum and Colonoscopy can cover the entire colon or large intestine . In case there is some problem in small intestine where the endoscope and colonoscope can not reach , how that part will be examined ?

When I visited a hair care clinic for my transplant I had my blood checked My hba1c is elevated and is 6.4 and random glucose is 85 Next day I took fasting sugar which is 79 and post prandial is 108 My thyroid profile is normal My blood count is normal except MCV (81.6) My albumin is low 1.72 Globulin is high 5.55 A/G ratio is 0.30 And about RFT My creatinine is 0.65 ( low ) Uric acid 2.66(low) I don't know if it's relevant I've going gym for past 2 or 3 months Last month after a leg workout I felt tenderness and pain on medial side of right knee and medial malleolus of left leg ,it still persists My serology is normal , cbc normal Esr normal For the last 1 and half month I ate 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg  after gym and ate almonds ( around 10 in morning 10 in evening) I skipped breakfast My father and sister ( married) has diabetes I'm planning to take whey protein, vit d3 and b12 for health. What's your comment please tell me . Doctor told low albumin could be lab fault

I had a cut in my finger with bleeding and the bleeding stopped,i fed a street dog biscuit and while the dog picked the biscuit it slightly licked the area where i had the cut,my doctor advised to take rabies vaccine to be on safe side,So i had gone to a nearby hospital and they injected Thrabis vaccine in the buttocks and advised to get next doses on 7th and 21st day as booster , heard that injecting in gluteal is not effective,need suggestion on next course of action,should I consider the existing course as invalid and get injected again immediately or should I continue with my next dose via the deltoid in 7th and 21st day,any risk?

I was washing my hand yesterday on ground floor in darkness, then something bit my neck it was most probably mosquito, but can it be a bat, i didn't hear bat sound or see a bat, i turned on the light afterwards but didn't find a bat, but can a bat ne there, can a bat bite me without me noticing it's bite or without noticing the bat, can a bat bit me without me noticing the bat, can a bat go unnoticed, can a bat be there without making the noise, can a bat go unnoticed like can a bat be very small so i wouldn't notice it. Actually i am very afraid of rabies and do have OCD. Can it be a bat, i didn't see bat or listen to something unusual but something did bite me, it can be a mosquito. Doctor prescribed Bandy Plus (Albendazole+Ivermectin) for chronic Gastritis, abdominal Pain and Constipation. He prescribed other medicines along with it. But I have a question on Bandy Plus tablet. He told to take it for 2 days and again repeat the same after 2 weeks. I forgot to ask the Doctor why to repeat. Can you please clarify why to repeat Bandy Plus after 2 weeks? And why this tablet is chewable ?

I have had balance problems for the past one year. I first went to a ENT, they gave me medicines like stugil and vertin-16 for 2 months. The problem did reduce but it is still there. I recently took a blood test and found my vitamin d was only 8. I usually get this balance problem the day before I get a headache. I have noticed that this headache comes due to neck strain, because the ache starts from the back of the head. Since I had low vitamin d, could that be the reason for week neck that is also causing balance problem? I have completed a 8 week vitamin d supplement course. What should I do to strengthen my neck?

Hi Doctors, I have been experiencing pain in my right side of the abdomen for quite some time. The pain comes and goes. Also, there are some points on the right side, which, when pressed at those points, cause sharp pain. These point areas also change. I have done my ultrasound 2-3 times, and there is no issue other than Fatty liver grade 2. Also, I have done lipid profile and LFT test those are fine. But the CRP test value today came 12.8, but ESR is normal. I have gone to doctors 2 3 times, but no one said anything serious, but pain is still there. What shall be my next course of action? My weight is 90 Kgs height 5 f 9 I and 37 years old male. My H1bac is 7.2 and Blood sugar fasting 126.
