Feeling light pain in upper left side abdomen and irritation after taking every meal.Feeling this since 6/7 days . Whats the problem? Need to concern?

I was diagnosed with anemia in Feb this year with a Hb count of 10.2. I had recovered fully by Aug with a Hb count of 13.4. But since then my Hb count has been steadily declining. I got a test done this month and now my Hb count has dropped to 12.3. Should I be worried about getting anemic again. Is it normal for Hb to drop like this after it got up just recently?

When I was 11 years old, I first got glasses. My left eye had -1.50 power with 6/12 vision, and my right eye had 6/6 vision with 0 power. The doctor told me to cover my good eye for 2 hours a day for 3 months, but it was very uncomfortable for me, so I only did it for about 1.5 months and then stopped. After that, I didn’t really have any problems. I didn’t get much headache, and for about 2 years I didn’t even wear my glasses properly — but I could still see quite well without them. Now I am 16, and whenever I look at books or read anything, I get headaches and a burning sensation in my eyes. I can’t focus on studying properly. After that, I started wearing my glasses regularly again, and after about a month my eyes felt better, and I could do everything normally. But now, after wearing glasses continuously for 4 months, for the last two or three days I am again getting the same problem — even though I’m wearing my glasses all the time. The headache is not going away
