Seems you suffering from pleural pain. Does pain coincide with  respiration? Don't use ac or any cool wind directly inhaled. Use any mask or cloth on mouth if cool wind is there. Use proper blankets. And take appropriate medicines for that....I think it will help....

According to your history piercing pain(pin pricking chest pain) is not usually due to cardiac causes but chest tightness maybe due to some respiratory infection or cough
Next Steps
better to visit general physician for workup like ecg, echo (if needed)and chest xray

Good evening, Your chest tightness could be due to repeated cold and cough, which can cause temporary chest muscle tightening or airway congestion, especially when sleeping under AC or in cool air. But since you have a family history of heart disease, it’s important not to ignore it.
Next Steps
I’d advise you to visit a physician for a proper check-up. We’ll do some basic tests to rule out any underlying issues and guide you accordingly. You’re doing the right thing by being cautious.
Health Tips
Meanwhile: Avoiding direct exposure to AC or cold air on your chest and face. Using a humidifier or steam inhalation before bed if your nose or chest feels congested. Maintaining good hydration and controlling any allergy triggers.

Cold & cough is perhaps due to weather changes or allergies. Allergies can cause chest tightness especially in the early morning, but given your age and family history of heart attack, possibility of an underlying cardiac pathology can't be ignored. Kindly consult for further management and workup to get a personalized treatment plan accordingly.
Next Steps
Consult after getting the following tests done : 1. ECG, Echo (2D & M) 2. CBC, FBS, LFT, RFT, Lipid profile, Serum electrolytes, Thyroid profile 3. Cardiac biomarkers (if any pathology is detected on ECG or Echo)
Health Tips
1. Prefer AC temp around 24℃ to sleep at night 2. Have a light meal at night. 3. Avoid alcohol and smoking strictly. 4. Engage in any physical activity for at least 30min daily.

Hello, thank you for sharing your symptoms—what you're experiencing should not be ignored, especially considering your family history of heart disease. Possible Causes of Chest Tightness on Waking: Your symptoms could be due to one or a combination of the following: Cardiac-related cause (early warning signal – especially with a family history of heart attack) Acid reflux (GERD) which often worsens at night and mimics heart pain Respiratory issues or airway spasm triggered by AC or cold air Musculoskeletal spasm due to improper sleeping posture Even though the pain settles, any pressure or tightness in the middle of the chest—especially recurring—must be evaluated seriously to prevent future complications. What You Should Do Immediately: 1. Do not delay evaluation – an ECG, 2D echocardiography, and lipid profile should be done. 2. Monitor blood pressure and pulse during the episode if possible. 3. Avoid sleeping directly under cold AC air until diagnosis is confirmed. 4. If pain becomes severe, spreads to arm/jaw/back, or is accompanied by sweating, nausea, or breathlessness – seek emergency care immediately. Which Specialist to Consult? You should first consult a Cardiologist to rule out cardiac causes. If cardiac tests are normal, a Respiratory or Gastro specialist may evaluate further. Why Personal Consultation Is Important: Your symptoms may be an early warning sign. With one detailed consultation, I can: Review your risk profile Guide you through specific tests Help you with correct prevention steps to avoid complications For a personal one-to-one consultation, you can message me directly on WhatsApp at Nine Three Two Six Zero Two Zero Five Three Six (Write this number in your phone and reach out anytime—you will get step-by-step guidance and a personalized treatment plan.)
