Chest tightness
I have chest tightness for the past one year. It happens mostly in the morning and gets better as the day goes on. I have done heart tests like ECG, 2D Echo, and Treadmill Test, and all are normal. My Vitamin D was low (28), so I took Vitamin D medicine for many weeks with a gap. My Vitamin B12 level is 520, and I am taking B12 tablets daily. I also have tingling and burning feelings in my hands and feet for one year. I am taking Gabapin and Magnesium Valproate. The tingling has reduced a little, but the chest tightness is still there. Doctors have ruled out heart problems. Kindly suggest

Can be due to respiratory issue so get x ray done. Can also be due to GERD. For further evaluation and treatment plan kindly conduct me.
