Suddenly feeling chest strain/tightness
Hi Doctors, last week i suffered from fever , severe headache, nose block and severe cough but fever is reduced where cough still exists severely and suddenly 2 or 3 times I felt right side chest tightness or not sure is it muscle strain or tightness due to cold and cough and also sometimes I feel right side pain in lower breast. Please help me how can I solve this

Hrct chest advisable  nebulization with duoline n budecort respule two times for 5days. Ab phyllinsr200 two times a day after food for 3to5 days. Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals. Tab montek lc one at night for five days. Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10 ml at night for five days. Azee500  one per day after lunch or dinner for 5 days.
