Weakness in the body when waking up

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have been feeling sick for three weeks now. I will be feeling weak and feverish, I used coartem and ciprotab in the first week and I completed it. The body pains stopped but still feeling very weak and sick when waking up and can't even sleep well. I did malaria and typhoid test and I don't have any. So used paracetamol for some felt bettet for like two days and I went back to feeling very sick again. Please I don't know what's wrong with me.
