2. Advices
Encourage 20â30 minutes of sunlight exposure daily and include milk, curd, eggs, and ghee in diet.
Avoid fried, oily foods, red meat, and excess sweets. Include oats, fruits, and salads daily.
Walk or exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
3. Management
Start Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly after meals for 8 weeks, then once every 15 days as maintenance.
Recheck
Lipid profile and Vitamin D after 3 months.
If body aches or fatigue persist, add a multivitamin (B-complex + D3 + minerals) daily after breakfast.
No cholesterol medicine is needed now unless there is a history of
diabetes, high BP, or heart disease.
