I am taking inderal40 twice,olex2.5 1/2 tablet at night and anxozeal 1/2 tablet at night now I am fine how taper these medicine?

Dear sir/Madam, iam 39 years old, vitamin D & b12 arr is just at border levels for me. Took B12 injections for 5 weeks as per doctor advice. I have the habit doing running for 20 mins, 30 mins walking & 30 mins of gym eveyday for 5 days a week, 2 days rest. as I have BP in the range of 130/90 to 150/100. I don't drink & smoke. I take whey protein powder 1 spoon daily along with milk. I take balanced diet fresh juices, carrot/beet juice, amla juice and decent healthy life. Weight : 78 kg, height 5.7, issue is: since last 3-4 months iam getting upper portion of ONLY LEFT LEG foot & heel of same left leg are paining after running/walking. If I stop my workout schedule for. Week, pain is gone. Why iam unable to afford 20 mins of running +30 mins of brisk walk just at the age of 39. Where am I going wrong. My office doctor asked me to change running shoe. I did. I used insoles in running for extra cushion. All these didn't help. Can some guide me, IAM GREATLY thankful.

However, whenever she lie down to sleep, the cough starts again. In a sitting or upright position, there is no cough or little bit. Why is it happening only while lying down? What she can do?
