My daughter gave some medical tests as a part of a pre employment medical examination for a company. We have the reports with us. The company wants us to obtain a fitness certificate from a doctor and send it to them. Pls respond if there is any doctor who can help us with the same.

My lower part of index finger was swollen. No injury or pain or itching. I could only see impression of bead of my bracelet on other hand on lower part of finger. Not sure if its the same. Today my middle part of finger also feels bit swollen. What this could be???

Hello doctor, My 26-year-old male friend has been experiencing pain in the center of the chest (not on the left side). He goes to the gym regularly. The pain is not muscular or due to movement. It increases when he’s in cold environments (like AC or fan). He has no prior history of heart disease. There is no difficulty in breathing or fever. Can this be due to cartilage inflammation or any gastric issue? Should he consult a general physician or a cardiologist? Please guide. Thank you.

Hello people, I took a CBC test on 9th July and the RBC count was 5.35 , today again i repeated the test and the RBC count is 5.50 , range (4.5 - 5.5 ) , is this fluctuations within a week normal ? Please advice doctors. I'm afraid it might go past the normal range if I test it again next week.

Hi doctor, in recent blood tests, i found that i am vitamin b12 and d3 deficient. Vitamin b12 is 140 and vitamin d3 is 7.6. Since I am vegetarian so can you please suggest some veg supplements. I am having bodyache, headache, tingling sensations, nerves tingling pain and weakness in body since 2 weeks. My bp went low some days back 88/64.

My rabies vaccine history (due to some time dog scratch, bite on multiple time) Full five dose on may, 2020 2 booster on 2021 2 booster on 2022 2 booster on august, november 2023 2 booster on april,2024 Antibody test on 21/09/24 was 3.72 IU recent two booster dose completed on 23/4/2025. I am so anxious about dog and rabies. Recently today i walking on road and a dog run side of me . I dont know where any contact with dog or any scratch. I am very confusion. Mosquitoes near medicine cap – Is it still safe to drink? I have been using this syrup (Digeraft Plus) for the past two days. Every day, I measure it using the medicine cap and drink directly from the cap. I didn’t clean the cap properly. Today, when I opened the bottle to take the syrup, I saw some medicine around the cap and also noticed a few mosquitoes near it. Can I still safely drink this medicine? I am also taking Vasoprazan (acid-reducing medicine) daily. Please guide.
