Out of a sudden, my left ankle started aching and some redness was visible soon after. Just a few hours later, it started swelling and aching too much. I tried a pain relief spray, pain killers, heat plaster but nothing seems to be working as of now. It's been 3 days now.

Which excercise should I avoid if I am prone to fissure get once in few months. I want to maintain active lifestyle without straining.

Goos evening doctor, two days back my doctor prescribed neurobion forte (30 days ) and vitamin d3 depura syrup (once a week) also i have frequent dizziness before 3 months my haemoglobin was 10 so doctor prescribed dex orange syrup as I denied foe tablets so should i continue to take daily neurobion forte and evening dex orange 5ml syrup please reply thank you

I am facing sudden pain , irritation in Anus especially when lying down on bed. Followed by frequent washroom like condition. I have never faced such situation before. Kindly advise cure to this illness.

I am getting sudden mosquito bite like bumps all over my legs and arms multiple times in a day since the last 1 week. They are very itchy and usually go away on their own after some time.
