Dear Doctors, I am a mid 30's woman and for the last 1 week whenever I am trying to lift anything even if it's barely 500 gms I start getting a very sharp headache at a fixed point on top of my head. I feel very weak. Although my weight is 70 kgs and height 5 ft 7 I am having difficulty lifting even a full bottle of water. Please can you tell me what is happening ? How to resolve this please?

Please suggest any medicine for hemorrhoids pain, swelling and itching problem. Sometimes uncomfortable to sit .

Urgent severe cough Mom's age: 59 I was having medication for acidity, severe burping, IBS, dyspepsia, and severe flatulence. Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to GERD and severe acid reflux I started developing cough. I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion. With these two issues I have been having persistent cough over 3 years. Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked. Later it has been consistent. It is very severe in the night. I have cervical spondylitis. I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a soft pillow. It is dry, continuous cough day and night and persistent, leaving my stomach and back hurting. Attached is X-ray report. Plz help. I got full body test done, as I was facing extreme fatigue, laziness, weakness and numbness in head. I am on thyroid medication (12.5 mcg) and my thyroids level are in control. In report I have been diagnosed with iron serum 25, ferritin 6, CRP 1.8, Saturation 6% TIBC 419.4, haemoglobin 11. And Vitamin D - 16 B12 within range. So issue is some doctors suggested for ferritin drip (injections) and some suggested medicines. What should I go for? I have indigestion and gas issues.

Are my reports okay? I had some really chest pain n weird palpitations yesterday night .. i thought i was dying from heart attack.. These tests are done 10 hours after pain started.. Physician says nothing serious but called for more tests next week

My friend have a serious blood vomiting issue from last 5 years And she have a regular chest pain issue.Earlier she was addicted to liquor and drinks and smokes a lot. Past 5 months she has left of the addiction but she is suffering from blood vomiting issue and chest pain She was diagnosed with stomach infection but she did not say about the vomiting issue to them.

A bat came to my house at night which stuck to my body for 2 seconds. I removed the bat and saw the clean body. There is no scratch or cut anywhere. Do I need to take rabies injection? am feeling very scared please reply .I went to the government hospital near me, the doctor there did not give me an injection and said that nothing would happen.
