Vomitting (twice) & diarrhoea (3 times) since last evening. Took Lopamide 2 mg. No more vomitting .

We have consulted multiple doctors, but the issue still persists without a clear diagnosis or relief. She had symptoms similar to Chikungunya, although the infection was not detected in initial tests. I am attaching her blood test reports for your review. For the past week I have been having sudden unexplained left sided chest pain at night. Also I am having a tingling sensation in my left arm. And the pain is radiating till the left shoulder blade. What to do?

I am not able to sleep properly at night as due to streching in both arms and legs which happens twice in a week from last month.

I have on and off itching in vagina (upper part near opening) for more than 2 years .. consulted various doctors but it subsides for few days after antibiotics but comes again especially before and after periods my period cycle is normal.. culture test normal white discharge swab test also done that is also normal.. my sugar level also normal..my igE level is 1300.. is this itching related to igE levels? How to reduce it?? I don't have any other allergy symptoms

My tsh in july was 8.64  and t3,t4 are normal..started 25 mcg thyronorm but after taking 2 month of medicine my tsh is 9.56 now..what is reason behind raise value

Am advised i can eat light breakfast two hoyrs before the test but i know whole night fasting is essential for the test. Which one is correct for correct result? Does hydrogen breath test deosnot require twelve hour fasting or stopping of any kind of mediciens. I have taken a light antibiotic for influenze which ended last friday and my test is tomrrow! Kindly suggest plz

I Had completed my Vitamin b12 medicine after that my breast is paining done with USG and memmorgram everything is normal with all blood tests then why mild pain in chest and breast and neck pain with muscles pain m frustrated give me some thing which I can relief?
