From yesterday, I have lose motion now it got little worse today, and I have been feeling very tired and have body pain due to these more motion

Actually i feel very unbalanced and i am experiencing it since i guess 9 months now i have consulted a lot of doctors and got myself tested a lot of times but the reports were always normal so a lot of doctors told me that it was because of my anxiety but recently i was frustrated with the feeling of unbalance and i got myself consulted again so the doctor hinted at vitamin deficiency and then i got all my blood tests done everything else was fine but the vitamin D was just 19 and vitamin B12 was 208 so doctor has prescribed me the medicine for the same im very worried when will this feeling of unbalance go away im taking medicines since 5 days now and i also feel very tired and most of the times its when i am standing, i can not stand for more time i need to sit of walk so that the unbalanced feeling gets supressed

I've had an encounter. Protected. But for my anxiety I took pep within 19 hours and continued for 28 days at exactly same time( almost) tested negative after 2 days of completion and after 12 days too. That is 31 and 41 days post exposure. Did a STD panel test on 31st day all came negative and on 41st day hiv and hep b. Both negative. My concern is whole time I'm feeling some peripheral neuropathy type symptoms after stopping pep for nearly 23 days. Is it normal? Having these tingling sensations on my back, in my hand and sometimes a heavy knee. But all very mild. Even a very mild fever. Had a very small single rash on chest that too vanished on 2-3 days. I'm anxious because it was with a sex worker and I'm not sure whether she has rubbed my part with hers slightly before the protective encounter. So I immediately took pep so as not to live under false context of being safe. I'm still feeling this neuropathy along with mild muscle aches. Can anyone pls advise? Sorry for a long question
