I recently noticed a small, black-colored(hard like similar to blood clotted), swollen bump near my private area. It’s not painful, but I’m concerned about what it might be. Should I consult a general physician or a dermatologist?

Past three months, not able to handle heat. When I sit on bike, I feel like something going inside my brain like fog, fear of falling, also facing head and neck pressure. Moreover, getting left side nerve pain from chest to neck to whole hand. Feeling out of breath too

Thoracic mri shows bilateral thin pleural effusion and doctor ordered chest x ray. do I have pleural effusion, heart seems swelling seen .do I have pericardial effusion. Plz check x ray chest and mri scan.
