Will taking tetanus injection after 45 hours be helpful? should i take it or its risky now. I forgot to take within 24 hours. i don't remember any taken in last 10 years. there was not any bleeding just bruises.

I have low b12 and vitamin d is also low and my skin look yellow and got dark circles too can you suggest me should I go for multivitamin syrups or I should go for iron and b12 syrup if yes then which to take and when because I have vitamin deficiency and I can't digest food easily as my digestive system is low amd bad what should I do

2 years back I faced health anxiety for which I am taking treatment. Recently I saw a video of a Rabies patient and it scared me. 8 years back I accidentally stepped on a sleeping stray dog and the dog tried to bite me for 2-3 sec over my jeans until I step on his leg. The bite was not painful I just felt his teeth and what I remember is there was no scar or blood due to it and my jeans didn't get torn. So basically I felt no need for any medical attention or to get vaccines but now as I am too anxious and the thought of the incident stays in my mind. Please help me to understand what could be done now.

T3 is 1.38 T4 is 10.7 but TSH is 5.512. Also HSCRP is 5.806 . I have gained 20 kg in last 6 months. Kindly advise

From last 12 days every morning around 5 to 7 , i feel pain in centre point of chest and same pain go in back. If i continue lay on bed then pain remain constant and if i wake up and do normal work, pain decreases and in max 1.5 hour, pain disappear. In that pain i can do any heavy work, pain do not increase. I did one thing today, pain starts at 5 AM, i get up and do normal work. Pain gets finished at around 7 AM. Then i again go to bed for sleep at 7 AM and what i observed that pain starts again after 5 minute of laying down. Now i am  going to tell about tests. I go through two ECG before 6 days. One ECG when no chest pain in evening. And another when i had chest pain at 6AM. Both ECG reports were similar and normal as per my Physician. A test also done before 6 days was TROPONIN I test. That was also normal. Result was 8.4 ng/l.  W/A USG done that was also normal with grade 1 fatty lever. Also x-ray extract abdomen done, that was also normal. What could be the problem. Please Help.
