Flu

I'm really concerned about my recent blood test results. They showed 1:320 for Salmonella Typhi O and 1:320 for Salmonella Typhi H. I was initially tested because I had viral symptoms like fever. I'm just confused as I don't actually feel any typical Typhoid symptoms. Could this really mean I have Typhoid, or could there be another explanation for these results? Now my fever has gone but I can't do work because of fatigue.  It's one week complete.

After the first bowel movement ( in the morning ) I also sometimes feels to go to bath room but no stools comes out only urine passes.

Became a vegan just a month ago.. is taking 1500 mcg of b12 vitamin of form methylocobalamin per week is fine? if yes.. is taking 500mcg of methyl b12 three times a week more effective or consuming 1500mcg of methylocobalamin b12 a week more effective?

I was taking escitalopram for almost 3.5 years for panick attack and anxiety but somehow I managed to leave the capsules in this period my morning erection gone and developed erectile dysfunction,no doctor suggest me to get checked for vitamin D test and vitamin b12 as I became vegetarian in 2018 but 4 months ago I went for a test of vitamin d and testosterone both of which was low Vitamin -D- 24 Testosterone -3.27 ng/ml Then I took uprise d3 60 k  weekly for 2 months then 2 times in a month The problem is when I was taking d3 weekly my morning erection and erectile dysfunction become got but once I started taking 2 times in month ,same problem. I have mood swings, leg pain and anxiety so went for a checkup again Including b12 also which comes out to be B12-117pg/ml Vitamin D -164.80 nmol/l So,b12 is low and D is good Now, what should I do to make overall and sexual health better ? I am including test results

Sir alfoo taken 11days than stop due to side effect all allopathy medicine than stop now 4 tablet where pending sp i thought will take 4days is that fine?    ,, taking alfoo twice a week for urine retention to avoid side effect is ok???
