Better to get a few basic lab tests done if fever is not subsiding.
Need detailed history to find which type of fever it is and what could be the probable cause for it.
It could be viral fever if you dont have symptoms of cough, cold, sputum production, burning micturition, chest pain, diarrhoea vomitting.
Viral fevers usually last a week before normalising and remain high grade and continuous for atleast 3 to 4 days.

If u started Antibiotic like Azithromycin u should continue till 5-7 days to complete its course.
As u have completed 2 days I would suggest you to wait for 5 days and continue same medication
If not resolved even after 5 days
U need to undergo some Investigations like
CBC
Dengue
Widal test
PS for malaria
Urine routine
CRP
Consult me one on one on practo for further details
Hi,
It seems your fever isn’t improving even after taking antibiotics and symptomatic medicines. Persistent high-grade fever (103°F) despite Azithromycin, Crocin, and Levocetirizine for 2–3 days may suggest that the infection is viral, resistant bacterial, or due to another cause like typhoid, dengue, or COVID-19.
What you should do:
•Get blood tests done urgently: CBC, malaria, dengue, typhoid (Widal/rapid test), urine routine.
•Keep hydrated (ORS, water, soups).
•Continue paracetamol 650 mg every 6 hours for fever.
•Avoid self-medicating or adding new antibiotics on your own.
•If fever persists >3 days or any symptoms like shortness of breath, confusion, or low urine output appear — visit the nearest hospital or consult a physician in person immediately for examination and IV management.
