Fever every 6 hours
Kid had Fever, blood test ok, Fever cleared in five days after giving fepanil 125, relent+, deriphyllin, zynconia,taximo 100 tab as per pediatric doc, kid started playing again.Now again fever,total 8 days now after fever started .As per urine test, kid has bacteria infection.....urine culture result waiting.....is there any serious issues, not able to find a good pediatric doc in Ramamurthy Nagar, any suggestions????....I have twin girls....other kid is ok....

Get the following tests done and follow up with the reports immediately. 1.Complete Haemogram. 2.Widal. 3.Typhidot IGG, IGM. 4.Urine Routine and MICROSCOPY. 5.PS for MP. 6. Dengue NS1 7. Chikungunya IgM. ( Rapid ) And If you still don't find anything In  tests 8. Blood culture and sensitivity. 9. Dengue Serology . 10. Urine culture and sensitivity.
