I’ve been struggling with multiple health issues for the last 10–12 years. I often feel physically weak, tired, and low on energy, even without much physical work. I also experience frequent back pain that sometimes radiates to both legs. My body feels stiff and I get pain in my joints and calf muscles, especially in the morning or after long hours of sitting. I also have digestive issues – frequent gas, bloating, constipation, and a heavy feeling in the stomach. I sometimes feel a burning sensation too. Mentally, I deal with stress, constant overthinking, irritation, and lack of focus. I also feel sleepy during the day but don’t get deep or refreshing sleep at night. I tend to use my phone before sleeping. In the past, I’ve had high uric acid and some kidney-related findings like small cysts and a concretion in one kidney.
