I'm taking painkiller and antibiotics for wisdom tooth problem... generally I am daily constipated and taking cremaffin plus daily...but after taking those medicines my constipation & fissure problem is increasing too much...can I increase the dose of cremaffin plus?can I take cremaffin plus 20 ml after lunch and 20 ml after dinner?? does it cause any danger side effects??

Hi,since a long time I am facing this issue. When there is a bright sunlight outside I feel drowsy and heavy headed even if I am inside the house, feel eye pain as well. This mostly happens during the day time around 9 am to 12 noon. If the climate is dull or rainy i dont feel that. Kindly suggest Kindly suggest.

From the last 2 days I was suffering from light burning sensation in anal area after passing of stool. But yesterday i had a mild burning sensation after passing stool and with that i am also having heaviness in right lower abdomen. No pain felt, only burning and discomfortness.
