“I am currently taking Homin which has B6/B12/folate. I saw that Meganeuron has those plus alpha-lipoic acid, benfotiamine, biotin. Considering my health goals (weight loss, workout, maybe nutritional check) and any risk of neuropathy, would switching to Meganeuron be better, or should I continue Homin (or maybe a different plan)?”

You may continue taking Homin as it covers your goal.. but u can also switch to Meganeuron if it all needed.. but its always better to continue on medicines with less supplements unless you have neuropathic symptoms
