I have persistent jaw pain sometimes at night for several hours. I had some cocktail today and it came back. It happens in my left jaw and happens in other areas of face as well. My ecg, echo and tmt were normal as I went to a cardiologist the first time I had it.

I've been experiencing muscle spasms much more frequently lately. They used to occur about once every three months, but now it's happening almost weekly. What's more, they're no longer confined to my legs; they've spread to my upper body. I even get jaw spasms during yawning, which are so severe they lock my mouth open for 20-30 seconds, causing significant pain. I also experience painful leg cramps during sleep if I stretch. I am drinking enough water and checked Vit D level is 20ng/mL.

Hello I got the usg of whole abdomen and the results are as follows: Gall bladder optimally distended. No intraluminal or any lesion is seen. Wall is not thickened. Gall bladder fossa is normal. Does this mean something up with my gall bladder? Please suggest

I had c section 15 days back and breastfeeding mother .. i have UTI and took cefexime for 2 days .. culture report showed cefexime is resistant so Gynechologist suggested fosfomycin for one day and one dose . I took it and it's been 3 days .. now again having burning sensation and pain in urine passing .. again did urine analysis yesterday and report showed infection has reduced .. I am not understanding if burning and pain is because infection is increasing again or side effect of fosfomycin .. please help me how to reduce infection completely

Hi, I have some allergy in my left forearm persistent for nearly 2 years. Issue started in 2018 but it was not prominent then. But for the past two years its very itchy and its spreading all my forearm and only in my left hand. Consulted with three dermatologist and all of them diagnosed it as sun allergy. Applied creams nothing helps.  On exposure to sun it aggreviates so I use arm sleeves and it helps to an extent. But still it persists.When I apply any topical cream or lotion it starts to itch badly until I wash it off. Itching is irritating and these days I develop wounds due to stratching.I even consulted ayurveda and homoeopathy.It doesn't help. I also have allergic rhinitis and allergic to dust.
