I'm 24 years old female..my height is 5.2 and weight is 45.5 kg. I'm unable to gain weight. I take good diet. I have IBS D. I eat ibs friendly foods still unable to gain weight. Please suggest me what to do. I'm very depressed and tensed due to less weight. I eat soaked nuts..home cooked meals..take fruits like banana pomegranate everyday..but unable to gain weight. If I eat non veg at night then I get extreme wet burps. I can't tolerate non veg also it makes me constipated and doesn't allow me to eat anything more. If I drink milk I get sensation of emptying bowels. I go to empty bowel 4 times a day. Please suggest me what to do.

Hi, recently my mother had a pus filled in her left thumb because of which she had to undergo a surgery and the pus came out..Her nail went down and we can see a new nail coming out..There is still some swelling in the thumb and it has been since a month..Also the skin around the thumb is leaving..Can you please help me out with this?

What does Abnormal R-wave progression, early transition... QRS area >0 in V2 mean and indicate in an Otherwise Normal ECG ? How to heal it please please advise ? Incident happened on 19th march night.  A dog was sitting near a couple and I was travelling in bike. After seeing the headlights a dog started barking a chased me for around 5-10 meters. The dog came close but I'm not sure how close or if at all there was contact with the dog( brushing me).Was wearing joggers and shoes but had a slight gap in between my shoes and joggers of around 2 inches. I know I've not been bit but regarding the open wound part, I have really dry skin around my heels and the area that was not covered has no visible scar ( applied tincture and didn't feel pain ). Not sure if I applied it to the entire area but most of it felt fine applied around 50-75% of the 2 inch open area).  What is the likelihood that the saliva fell on my ankle if at all I had any open wounds which I might've not known or missed them if the dog was barking close by me and I'm not sure if there was any contact and 100%  sure that there wasn't any bite

Hi dr my baby is 3 years old....wesring diaper during night times only...past two days am noticing scaly and white flaky patch little above her buttocks....and which is not clearing even after applying coconut oil and diaper rash cream....please help me to overcome this little skin patch and changes in my baby skin....what can i apply to this place to clear this rashes dr??....please guide me....am attaching the pic

If someone is allergic to Ceftrixaone injection. So how can she or he use ceftriaxone injection to prevent allergic reaction with ceftriaxone injection ? What he or she should do with Ceftrixone injection ? is pheniramine injection mixed with ceftriaxone injection to prevent allergic reaction ? Or another injection is mixed to prevent allergic reaction with ceftriaxone injection ?

I have taken rabivax-s on jan 11,jan14 and jan 17 2025. I have a pet. For how long i am protected from pet scratches and pet bites.

I had my last periods from 20th to 24th November 2024. Then I didn't have any periods for two months. The next period i had was on the 15th feb that lasted for 12 days. Initially two days were spotting Then I had my periods on 21st march and it is still going on and has not reduced. I was diagnosed with pcod before so sometimes I have irregular periods but my bleeding never lasted so long. Attaching report

Hello doctors. I have completed a full 5 doses of vaccine in 2023 of anti rabies for a suspected exposure but it turned out to be a false alarm. Then I got two boosters in December 2023 end and January 2024 begining (0,3) then I got another two vaccines intradermally 0 and 3 in November 2024 and then I got another two boosters in February 2025(Intradermally) but 0.1ml was given on single site instead of two sites (on day 0, 0.1ml on one site and on day 3  0.1ml on the other side as they said since I had previous boosters recently therefore this would be enough) now after taking these two boosters I got scratched a little deeply a  day or two after taking this booster by my pet 7 month old kitten who passed away due to an unspecified ailment and was not vaccinated. What should I do? Just to be safe I took another two boosters 16 days after. Was the boosters unnecessary?
