Monitor the BP for a few more days twice daily. If the BP remains constantly above 135/85 on home  monitoring, you may give a try with diet habit change, restrict the Salt intake and increase potassium rich food, continue with your daily physical activity. If these measures do not bring the BP to an optimal level after 2-3 months , you may need pharmacological treatment

Your BP readings of 134–144/87–95 over the last few days are only mildly elevated, not dangerous. Since you are already taking Repace 25 mg, the temporary rise can happen due to common factors like increased coffee intake, stress, poor sleep, dehydration, or even weather changes. Your lifestyle is good—regular jogging and homemade food—but 3–5 cups of coffee per day (especially black coffee) can easily raise blood pressure and heart rate for several hours.
Next Steps
Reduce your coffee intake to 1–2 cups per day total (preferably after breakfast). Drink enough water, and check your BP at the same time each day after 10 minutes of rest. Continue your regular walking or jogging. If BP remains above 140/90 consistently for more than a week even after reducing caffeine, your doctor may need to adjust your Repace dose or add a low-dose second medicine. Do not change the dose on your own.
Health Tips
Seek medical attention quickly if you have severe headache, chest pain, breathlessness, or dizziness with BP above 160/100. Otherwise, your current readings are mild and usually settle once you reduce caffeine and manage hydration and sleep.
