My husband of 44 yrs experiences dizziness right after food very often. It's been going on for years . He takes Amlodipine 2.5 mg when his Blood pressure is High. ( It's been only few months that he started taking Amlodipine). And his Blood pressure fluctuates alot. He's not alcoholic but takes Khaini Tobacco.
