I did the routine check up and here is the reports attached.. every time I test, total rbc count is high. What to do? Kindly guide.

I am attaching my friend's routine blood test reports. In urine culture, rbc is 20-25 present in urine. All the blood tests are normal for her. I am attaching the reports below. Kindly guide. Is this any serious? BUN is also low i.e. 5.64(6-21)

I take telvas 40 on regular after breakfast since last 1 year. My pressure is suitably controlled last checked 100/60 . Can I take this medicine on alternate days inplace of regular basis as some how I feel tired , dizziness lightly . What is the reason ? .. is it tends to low pressure.

A cat has scratched me day before yesterday she stays in my home and just goes out for stool and urine. I have taken 3 rabies vaccine and tetanus shot in November 2024. I had taken 3 dose because previously I had taken 5 doses of rabies vaccine twice. Do I need to take vaccine anymore? It's just a scratch as her nails are too sharp.

My first full rabies vaccine completed on 24 Feb and then I took 2 booster doses which completed on 21 may and on 20 June I took one more rabies vaccine as I was walking my hair was open an unknown flying creature biteme it was big and when I went to my nearby normal medical store for vaccine when he was injecting me a blood is seeing in my hand it was not my blood now I am worried that it might be of some dog bite victim blood as when he was dressing the wound and later when he went to give me vaccine it's from his hand to my hand came and when I came home I washed that area only and wear the same clothes later in the night and I touched that blood and I have very small skin peeled cuts in my hand it touched it to confirm it was blood i forget that i had 2 cuts.took bath with soap.should i complete my 8 th booster doses as I even heard that there was a case of a telagana girl got paralysed due to excess anti rabies vaccine she took 15 rabies  vaccine in the period of 9 months.

Since past 1 week my hands and feet are swollen a little. One day after I woke up both of my arms were in immense pain. After that I did warm compression and the pain subsided but still mild pain remained at my wrists, elbows, knuckles. Every morning after waking up I see my palms and back of my hands swollen. When I step out of the bed my feet hurts especially my heels but throughout the day the swelling and pain subsides. Since yesterday I'm noticing my feet have swollen a little. Currently I'm on krimson 35 and Osure M for pcod. It's not been a month since I've started this medication. And another thing is that I'm off my thyroid medication ( Thyronorm 12.5) since 3-4 months. My gynac told me to stop taking Thyronorm. Earlier this month I checked my TSH levels it was around 3. I always have home cooked meals, my bowel movements and urine is fine. I'm worried need some insights on what could be wrong with me. Could it be because of thyroid or uric acid or any other issue?
