Hlo dr, i am feeling weird feelings and while standing feeling like I will fall down a dizzy type feeling... Can't understand what is the problem...plz say what is the cause...

My pulse gets high at 110 . ECG detected sinus tachycardia. For which I use Betacap TR 20 (beta blocker) once after breakfast. What cough syrup can I use which won't increase my heart rate ? And is Montek LC safe for me? Thanks.

If my dog is fully vaccinated and bites me should I need to worry or take injection or is it ok because my 4 month old puppy is fully vaccinated.

I get headache once in 2 weeks mostly after taking headbath or after applying hair oil and i take dolo 650 for it. Does it have any side effects? Is taking dolo 650 once in 2 weeks safe? I heard paracetamol overdose can affect liver, is this considered overdose or overuse? If there is any other medicine better than dolo 650, please do suggest. Thank you!

I have some problem i.e. each & every year specially in March , end of aug & dec I faced some health issues .
