Hello sir/mam, My vitamin d and b12 is very low so doctor suggest me to take lumia 60k for 12 weeks. And i am taking it now. But i am confused about vitamin b12. She prescribed Nuroday pfs injection once alternate days for 5 days. Followed by cap remylin ax 1 cap daily after food one month. I am very confused on it. Should i take total 5 injection or 3 injection for 5 days?? Please reply me.. I am very confused.

Recently 2 days ago I had consumed cake which troubled my gut severely and I had loose motions along with fever. I was walking my dog when a stray tried attacking him and it seems to be rabid. Though dog didn't have any bite mark but his coat was wet, probably by sliva or rain water... Not sure. I tapped my dog to check if there is any bite mark and doing so I touched the wet patch on his coat by my palms. I went to check with doctor if I need vaccine or immunoglobulin since I have peeling skin around my nails(no blood) and he adviced to take the 5 shots but Immunoglobulin is not required. Do I need Immunoglobulin or it's ok ? Also he gave me a schedule of 0,3,7,14 & 21. And everywhere it's mentioned to take 5th shot on 28th day not 21st, even on rabivax-s's official site.(Which I'm taking, rabivax)

I get a severe case of mouth ulcers on my mouth palette. This is the 4th time in the last 10 months. It takes about 15-20 days to heal completely. Ulcers are very painful and cause difficulty to eat and drink. Also these ulcers are on the corner of my lips which makes it difficult to open my mouth and under both the lips as well and the cheeks.
