Hi doctor, i have ear ache constantly but there is no issue in the ear after checking with the ENT doctor. I feel like I'm getting cold , dizzy, could not focus on moving objects, confusion etc. somedays it is completely normal but most of the days, i feel like I'm falling, dizziness, confusion, cannt really focus on moving objects, ear aching , hands numbness, left feet stiffness and pain in the left hand
