HELLO, TABLET CHESTON COLD PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS. ACT LIKE AS YOU ARE BLOWING A BALOON WITH  NOSE CLOSED. THE EARDOME BLOON OUT IE CONCAVE WHICH IS THE ORIGINAL SHAPE. SO YOUR EAR OPEN OUT. O.K BYE.

Hi I understand your concern . take Tablet Sinarest one tablet morning and evening . It will work for headache fever and cold. Take lot of fluids lik water and juice without ice . Do salt warm water gargling if you have sore throat too.. if symptoms doesn't subside change in medication and addition of antibiotics might be required. Contact me through chat consultation if required. Thank you
