Hello there !!!
As of your complaints…It sounds like you are dealing with a typical viral upper respiratory infection, such as the common cold, or another seasonal virus.
Next Steps
*Hydration is very important.
*Take steam or saline.
*** Please do contact us if still persists.
Health Tips
Since you are on day 4, most viral fevers should begin to subside over the next few days. You should consult us :
*The fever continues beyond 4–5 days that is still for 2 days .
* Symptoms significantly worsen after starting to improve.
THANK YOU !!
An evening predominant mild fever with a dry cough and a blocked, runny nose for four days fits a usual viral cold or flu. These infections typically peak for three to five days and then start easing on their own.
Next Steps
Rest well, keep yourself hydrated with water and warm fluids, and take paracetamol if the fever feels uncomfortable. Steam inhalation a couple of times a day can help loosen the blocked nose.
Health Tips
See a physician if your fever climbs higher, lasts beyond seven days, or you start feeling breathless or unusually weak.
