My iron level was 42 in my last blood test ( 40 days ) back. can i take orrafest xt for iron deficiency , it was prescribed by doctor that time. i have consumed one tablet today. is there any risk ?

I was addicted to masturbation during my peak teenage in between 16-18 and did it excessively like 2-3 times a day could that have lead to my growth getting stunted as i haven't grown since , I am still 5'8 and my parents are 5'6 and 5'0 feet tall , I know it doesnt affect growth but as I did it way to much excessively could it have lead to it as I used to feel very weak after that, all this happened during covid when I was home 24/7 , I had decent vegetarian diet with little to no  exercise
