Hello sir I feel a thread like structure while pottying .It's semms that there is a long thread 🧵 in my anal area after I washed .I used to pul it out but it seems that it is fix and stretchable.What it my be a warm or something other . Just provide any suggestion I am worried.

I was doing fine and went to bed just like that but i suddenly woke up and realized i could not breath i tried my best to breath in air but each time i tried i only realized that the air was not entering any part of my lung, i started hyperventilating palpitations and sweating occurred, it lasted for atleast 40 sec at the end i started to feel dizzy and almost blacked out but again out of nowhere it all stopped and i could breath just fine What in the world happened to me?
