6 days ago my symptoms started with little sore throat, then after 2 days got blocked nose but very little sneezing, then little cough with yellow phlegm, feeling of cough is there but cough very less, now yesterday night i woke up with sweating on face head and neck twice at night. It was not whole body drenching night sweat but has happened thrice in one night after i wake up from sleep. I still have runny nose and cough with yellow phlegm. What could night sweat mean? TB or Pneumonia ? I had no fever during all this episode.

I Have done full body checkup for myself and my family . How to analyze the reports regarding what type of food to take or not take, whether medication is required or not etc

Which stool softener is safe to consume daily? I am sick of this hard stool problem. Drinking 6 litre water daily and consuming home made dal,chawal,sabji but still stool gets dry and hard every now and then. I don't think I can keep stool soft naturally anymore. I just want a some stool softener that i can rely on forever.

I am a non working girl. from 21st july, I started Zumba then after 2 weeks, I had pain in my knee portion beside, I had consulted a doctor. He recommended me pain killers and asked for 1 week rest. I had hepatitis a but i recovered a month back , i started gymming and all and started taking protein also but even though liver results are alright i am still having gastro issues like burping and bloating .
