I Doctor, I’ve been feeling weak, I have dry white lips, pigmentation around my mouth, PMS symptoms, and sometimes ulcers or tingling nerve-like symptoms like dizziness or tingling. My digestion is weak, and I’m not absorbing nutrients well. I suspect Vitamin B12 deficiency. Can you please advise

From last 2023, I have seen my HGB always ranges between 16 to 17 and HCT stays between 48-50%. This has been the case for past two years. I have been to haematologist with EPO ranging from 6 to 12 time to time and negative MPN reflex panel. I am an otherwise healthy 29 year old male with no other symptoms or medical history. Is this normal? Do I need to visit another haematologist?

My 3 month baby is totally depends on formula milk..he is drinking 120-150 ml milk in one go... In every two hours he is hungry.. Total he is drinking more than 1.2 ltr milk in one day Is it normal..or he is drinking too much milk.. I m worried about his health

Hi, I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and currently in insulin 16 units in the morning / afternoon (100ul fiasp insulin) and 11 units lantus at night..still my levels are spiking up like fasting 130 and PP is 230 and my endo is not increasing my units ..2 weeks before we used 40u syringe with 16 units insulin for 100u vile and I found out and asked my endo whether we have to 100u syringe since we are using 100u vile insulin..then he asked to use 100u syringe but no change in the insulin units since then my levels are spiking a lot I believe we are taking insulin very small quantity in the 100u syringe..can pls help on this as I am worrying a lot about baby's health..
