I have been facing pain in my left leg for the last 1 month. It increases during sleep . However it is persistent all day but night is noticeable

I got a tetanus vaccine in the last week of October 2022 and then again a TT in the first week of December 2022 and again third dose in the month of March 2023. Am I protected for 5 years? 36 hours ago, I got a small injury from a cafe's washroom door latch, and one or two drops of blood came out.Should I need to take TT again now?

I’m experiencing pain near my anal area for the past few days. Initially, I had slight bleeding in the stool, but now there’s no blood. However, I feel a sharp, poking pain while passing stool and also while sitting. There’s mild swelling near the anal opening and a burning sensation after cleaning the area.I took Duphulac at night to keep the stool soft and applied Cremagel once. I just want to know if this could be a fissure, boil, or something else — and what steps I should follow for relief. The pain while sitting is quite uncomfortable. Please guide me.
