Continuous hiccups since last 60 hours

Had fever and cough on Wed and took tablets from medical store - dexahim 0.5, kuff Q, almox 500 and by night fever went away but cough was there. After taking tabs for 2 times on Wed,next morning at 6AM,hiccups started and never stopped until now. On Thursday went to doctor, they said this is due to gastric and gave perinorm inj and gastric meds but hiccups never stopped and on Friday morning again went to doctor, they gave pantaprazole inj and ondensetron inj and prescribed espra dsr tablet, ondensetron tabs. Hiccups didn’t stop even for a minute until that evening and then went to another hospital where they mentioned this might not be due to gastric but may be due to steroid dexahim and they gave baclofen 10mg at around 5:30PM and asked him to take another after dinner which he did. But in the night, the hiccups became aggressive. He was able to sleep and hiccups stopped while asleep last 2days but yesterday night the hiccups became aggressive and he was awakening every 2 hours.

Dog bite my dad

My 67-year-old father was bitten on the calf by a dog that died the next day (high suspicion of rabies). He started vaccination on Day 0 as Category II, but RIG was not given. On Day 6, the doctor said it was too late for RIG and continued vaccine only. Is this approach sufficient to fully protect him from rabies, or should RIG have still been given within 7 days as per WHO guidelines?

Trop is 0.01 higher than normal

I have had intense heart attack like symptoms 4-5 times.. i always go to er n get ekg n trop I tested.. the last 4 times trop I was 0.001 ng/ml so practically zero but this time it has come out 0.01 ng/ml ( ekg normal) Wouldn't this rise from baseline levels concerning ? The ER told me that they wouldn't bother about such fluctuations unless it increases above 0.03 I am seeking a second opinion . I had done echo tmt last month, so don't know if it has to be repeated.

Dog bite my dady(67age)

My 67-year-old father was bitten on the calf by a dog and there was bleeding, but by mistake the doctor classified it as Category II and started vaccination without RIG. In reality, this should have been Category III, especially since the dog died the very next day (high suspicion of rabies). On Day 6, when we asked about RIG, another doctor said it was too late and continued vaccine only. Is this approach sufficient to fully protect him from rabies, or should RIG still have been given within 7 days as per WHO guidelines?
