Intermediate fever stomach pain leaver infection for last one month . Stone in gallbladder, gallbladder removed six month ago

Moms age :59 I was having medication for acidity , severe burping , ibs , dyspepsia , and severe flatulence . Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to Gerd and severe acid reflux I started developing cough . I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion . With these two issues u have been having persistent cough over 3 years . Initially for one year it was only while I ate the 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked later it has been consistent .it is very severe in the night as i have cervical spondylitis I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a sift pillow . It is dry continuous cough day and night and persistent leaving my stomach and back hurting . Attached is the upper GI endoscopy and xray report of chest  Plz help. Wil be obliged 🙏

Is it ok to eat Diclofenac tablet and Lisinopril tablet together ? I mean is there any interaction between these drugs ?

Hello Doctor, I’m a 30-year-old male. My labs show borderline diabetes (HbA1c 6.3%), high triglycerides (350), low HDL (36), and high uric acid (9.6). Kidney markers—creatinine (1.03), urea (20.3), ACR (4.08)—are normal. Liver enzymes—SGOT (20), SGPT (28), GGT (46), bilirubin—are within range. CBC is normal except mild leucocytosis. My 2D Echo shows normal LV function, no valvular issues, and EF 60–65%. I have pitting edema in both shins, occasional breathlessness post meals, and I’m overweight. Despite regular exercise and diet, weight loss has plateaued. Could these findings indicate early heart, kidney, or metabolic issues? Please advise further steps.i attached my Doppler report as well

I drank water from tap inside a hostel..there was dogs nearby..and drops of water coming out from the tap..I drank from that tap.. what if that dog also drank from that tap...is there any chance of transmission of any zoonotic diseases??

I have done echo and ECG normal I have sinus tachycardia and stress also due to which my pulse rate is variate 100-114 bpm than i take betablocker for four months propanal 10 mg after four months of propanol using without medicine it coming in normal range does it happen or should I do ECG and one ECG at third month of using betablocker i have done which is normal now after four months without taking medicine it coming in normal range 80-95 is it normal it happen like this because during that four months period if I not take medicine next day till 2 pm it comes under 100 and then slight increase 108-109 than i take betablocker propanal 10 mg and after four months without taking medicine it coming in normal range koi or problem toh nahi hai na

My name is Atul Tyagi and i am a non smoker. I do complete body checkups every 8-9 months. Last checkup was in Oct 2024 and latest on 23rd June 2025. This time my CEA level is 4.12 and I dont smoke but drink beer one or twice a week. Last time in Oct 2024 CEA level was less than 0.5. Would like to know that which doctor shall i see for this and shall i be worried becuase of this elevated levels.?
