Hello. Your Holter report does show an episode of supraventricular tachycardia which is not just due to brisk walking. Also during the time when ECG is normal the morphology (pattern) of the ECG shows delta wave which suggests high possibility of WPW syndrome.
Next Steps
You should consult a cardiologist/electrophysiologist for further detail evaluation and treatment options.
Health Tips
In case of severe palpitations you can try 1. Apply pressure on the abdomen ( like passing stools) with nose closed 2. Putting your hands in ice cold water 3. Forceful coughing etc. Also try to analyse what triggers the episode and try to avoid it. Restrict caffeine intake

I recall seeing your reports twice before. Please share a 12 lead ECG. The Holter reports you sent show two things 1. Very short PR interval suspicious of WPW syndrome 2. Episode of re-entry tachycardia You were taking inderal. Instead of that the advise was to take Bisoprolol 2.5mg daily. Please see a local Cardiologist. All the best. J G S R (Online) Clinic

Does not look like wpw syndrome. But if you have any symptoms or doubt, consult a cardiologist physically.

WPW is a congenital syndrome meaning it is usually present since birth. The symptoms will be dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath and chest pain in doing heavy work. I do not think you have this much symptoms right? Please do not worry, this may turn out to be something simple, although more details are needed.
