Three weeks ago i felt heavy breathing and head ache and since then i feel random pains on side of my lungs .. it comes and it goes.. sometimes pain on left arm different parts.. right arm also.. chest pain random.. yawn.. blocked nose.. headache and sometimes bran fog. It is all so random. It eases when i lie down sometimes.
I got stress echo, chest xray and blood report which is normal. Except vitamin d was 9 and ldl was 156.
Bp is being managed. The doctor is unable to see what could it be since it is not having one symptom. It changes every time and keeps travelling.
I am taking nexpro 40 and bilasure M and telvas 40 for now but the issue is not going away.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
1. Vitamin D correction is needed.
2. Also if there’s blocked nose, a consultation with ENT surgeon or chest physician will not harm.
3. Before that a complete evaluation by a general physician with slight alteration in medicines should help.
Your symptoms sound very similar to a viral illness. Expect you to recover.
Probably a bit late (as your symptoms were 3 weeks ago) but could be tested for Covid-19 via PCR for your reassurance.
All the best.

Your symptoms sound nonspecific and stress-related, commonly seen with vitamin D deficiency (your level is very low at 9) plus anxiety/hyperventilation, sinus congestion, and acid reflux. Because your stress echo, X-ray and blood tests are normal, serious heart or lung disease is very unlikely.
Possible reasons for your moving/random pains:
Severe Vitamin D deficiency → muscle aches, chest wall pain, arm pains, fatigue, brain fog.
GERD/acid reflux (you’re taking Nexpro) → chest discomfort, lump-in-throat, breathing heaviness feeling.
Allergic rhinitis/sinus block → headache, blocked nose, brain fog.
Anxiety + muscle tension → shifting chest/arm pains, yawning, feeling of not getting full breath.
Poor sleep → worsens all symptoms.
What you can do now:
Correct vitamin D aggressively:
Take 60,000 IU Vitamin D once weekly for 8 weeks, plus daily calcium (unless contraindicated). This alone improves many symptoms within 2–4 weeks.
Continue Nexpro 40 for 4–6 weeks; avoid heavy meals, tea/coffee at night, lying down soon after eating.
For blocked nose: steam inhalation twice daily + saline nasal spray.
For anxiety/muscle tension: 10–15 min deep breathing/slow breathing daily.
If pains worsen with movement or pressing chest muscles → it is musculoskeletal, not heart.
Recheck vitamin D and lipid profile after 8 weeks.
Based on everything you’ve described -normal stress-echo, normal chest X-ray, normal blood reports (except low vitamin D and mildly high LDL), and constantly shifting pains- the picture strongly suggests a functional/ non-dangerous cause, not a heart or lung disease.
The pattern of your symptoms - heaviness in breathing, random shifting chest and arm pains, headache, blocked nose, yawning, and episodes of brain fog -combined with completely normal stress echo, X-ray, and blood tests, strongly points toward a combination of vitamin D deficiency, muscle–nerve fatigue, acid reflux, and stress-related hyperventilation rather than any heart or lung pathology. When the heart and lungs are medically normal, pains that “move around,” come and go, change sides, and improve when lying down are almost always neuromuscular or anxiety-driven, not organ-driven. A vitamin D level of 9 can itself cause widespread body pains, fatigue, chest wall soreness, limb pains, and breathlessness. Gastric reflux (for which you are already on Nexpro) can also mimic chest heaviness and breathing discomfort. Allergic congestion (blocked nose, yawning) can further add to the tightness you feel. This mixed picture often feels serious to the patient, but medically it is not dangerous, and it does not match heart attack or lung disease patterns.
Next Steps
The focus now should be on correcting vitamin D, improving muscle health, and reducing stress hypersensitivity. You will likely need:
Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then monthly
A good calcium + magnesium supplement for 4–6 weeks
Continue Telvas 40 for BP
Nexpro 40 for 2–3 more weeks
Gentle stretching, breathing exercises, daily sunlight, and regular walking
Avoid constant health-checking, as repeated monitoring increases symptoms through anxiety pathways
Health Tips
If any symptom were cardiac, it would have shown up on stress echo -yours was normal. With this much testing already normal, the next step is reassurance plus focused treatment of vitamin D deficiency and stress physiology. With proper correction, symptoms usually improve noticeably within 3–6 weeks.
Kindly consult doctor in personal if discomfort worsens, its always wise to do so when symptoms become severe.
Good luck!
