Hi, since last few days im facing shoulder pain, pain both the arms, legs and corners of the chest both side, also facing heavy breathing issue after physical activity.

I would need more details about it
Please let me know is the breathing issue new or u used to have it earlier as well.
Do u get breathing difficulty at rest as well ?
And fever , cold or cough??
About the pains have u had any similar pains earlier as well ?
Does it also occur after heavy exercise or its present at rest as well ?
If the breathlessness is more then i would suggest u to go to hospital immediately if not please let me know the above details so i can help u further
