Fatigue and heavy breathing
Since 2-3 weeks im feeling tired throughout the day with heavy breathing. Im unable to do any physical activity because of that. I have started taking vitamin D supplement but no improvement

You should get a complete health package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult a General Physician in your area with the report. You also need a proper physical examination. Difficulty in breathing is not treated by Tele-consultation.

Get a basic blood tests done including RBC, WBC, haemoglobin, platelets along with a plain chest xray and ecg. Consult with reports for a detailed overview on what steps can be taken for treatment.

don't overexert yourself. make sure to eat regular healthy meals and sufficient fluids. in case of difficulty in breathing while at rest or sudden increase in difficulty in breathing then immediately go to emergency/casualty dept of nearest hospital.
