You have postural tachycardia , it may be due to hypovolemia, dehydration, inadequate salt intake, low fitness level, hyperadrenergic state, anemia, b-12 deficiency, too much sweating, blood loss , few viral infections etc, it will not affect the cardiac muscles so early  but if you will be untreated for few months to year then it will cause the damage
Next Steps
you should get  your BP, ECG, done and consult the cardiologist or general physician. till you consult the doctor you can take Tab ivabradine 5mg(low dose) to reduce the heart and pulse rate

Normal pulse rate is between 60-100, if you're getting Higher pulse while doing activity it's totally physiological. If resting HR reaches above 100 then things need to be evaluate.
Next Steps
consider doing an early ECG to diagnose if there are any signs of tachycardia. If you need more guidance and want consultation kindly connect with me.
Health Tips
Do Valsava maneuver whenever there is higher pulse at rest.
