My Vitamin D level is 22.5 and my calcium level is 9.4mg/dl. I have hypothyroidism and my endocrinologist recommended Tayo vit D3 + Cal supplement at night. It has 500 mg cal and 1000 iu vit d3. Is this dose sufficient? Or I need to use uprise d3 to increase my d3 levels?

After shaving, noticed after two days some bumps under my armpit in right arm, am not sure they are razor bumps or not as my left arm is in perfect shape and I am also very hygienic in general. These bumps were in cluster format but not too huge, they are in 3 places, I expected them to go away naturally, but they didn't, rather happened to become red inflammatory, painful when pressure applied or happen to do arm movement. Can understand the formation of puss inside, need to soften the puss in order to drain it. Not sure wheather to call it a lump, or abscess or acne. It is not in the state that I can take drying medication. If I do so, might be it will be fine but a hard lump will remain. So it I need medication to fast forward the draining process and to reduce the pain, and something to make it gone completely. What should I do?

Hello Doctor, I have been consulting a doctor for the past 25–30 days and recently got a health checkup done. My vitamin B12 levels were found to be low. Based on that, the doctor advised me to take the following: • Folichem • Vitamin B12 (Neurobion) • Pre and probiotic capsules for gut health Each of these is to be taken twice a day. I wanted to ask if I can take all of them together, or should I maintain a gap between any of them — especially between the vitamin B12 and the pre and probiotic capsules? Kindly advise on the correct way and timing to take them. Thank you.

Sir/Ma'am, It has been observed that my ankle get swell. I did KFT and it has been found that uric acid increased for that i m taking Furic 40. Further, i m taking olisur f5 from past one year and lonazep 0.25 from 3 months. What is the reason behind ankle swelling. Last year i did holter ,ecg and echo and all comes normal. Is this the size effect of olisur f5(ankle swelling)??

Hello doctors, When taking blood test anytime, WBC count and platelets is always high. Recent blood test result: Wbc- 14.3 Platelet- 470 Consulted multiple doctors but it's told no issues and no treatment is needed now. But I am still worried on it. Please suggest what can be done.
