Fever since last 12-13 days and vibration in hand and loose motion and weakness...since 2-3 days joint pain..dengue malaria typhoid all test done all are negative.. patient is alcoholic

My husband is a frequent smoker and takes alchhol too PLS suggest me the leust of the relvenat test can be affected by smoking drinking and chewing gutka like kidney liver heart lungs test PLS tell me the list so that we can be aware of that what are the affected areas. He is  taking this for 13 years. I want to know the reports and go for the cure although he has no problem right now but still I want for his checkups PLS suggest doctor

I'm having occasional pain(not exactly pain but something different) in left side upper abdomen (end of Ribs) mostly in morning and night. I can't do my regular push-up workouts. It's normal or need to consult doctor. Which doctor i need to consult for this problem?

Last year i did a STD panel, all was negative only HSV 1+2 IGM was 1.38(+ve) but IGG was less than 0.5(-ve). This year i repeated the test, as i was facing molluscum, all other stds are normal and negative but same hsv igm is 1.99 but igg is less than 50. I do have itching, maybe molluscum dermatitis but no herpees blister, i know how herpees blister looks as i had chickenpox last year. Please guide me with this? My mbbs friend told me igm positive doesn't mean anything? However articles over internet say its recent infection? But why is igm high since last year?

I was having fluttering feeling on my chest and left hand pain also sweating and palpitation so i got a full body  checkup and  my ecg echo andtmt is normal . Cbc and thyroid test reports are also normal. cholestrol is also normal but triglycerides is high 215 and fasting blood sugar is 105 and vldl is 43. The test were done 22 days ago even after the test i am still getting the symptoms. I dont exercise at all and stressed. I lie down in bed majority of time. what shall i do. Do i need further checkup like angiogram. I am submitting my reports please tell what I should I  do. l also have gerd and gastritis and bloating the fluttering feeling is also felt in my stomach. I am taking medication for it since the past 2 week.I am taking  tablets rabihealth.  Please reply what shall I do. I want to start exercises can I do that?? I also have pcos.do i need to do angiograph or any other heart test . The reports of all other tests like cbc thyroid tests urine and stool tests are normal.
