Tension headaches
I get tension headaches and headaches from jaw clenching in my sleep. I also take Foracort 200 inhaler that adds to my headaches. They usually don't go away on their own. So once every week I have to take half a Combiflam. I tried switching to Crocin pain relief since all doctors advise against Combiflam but Crocin doesn't work. Is there any other safe headache medicine?

If Crocin (paracetamol) alone doesn’t work and you want something safer than Combiflam, the usual option is: ✔ Paracetamol + Caffeine (e.g., Saridon, Anacin — OTC in India) This works better for tension-type and clenching headaches and is generally safer for the stomach and kidneys compared to Combiflam. Occasional Combiflam (½ tab once a week) is usually not harmful if you have: No kidney issues No acidity/gastritis No asthma triggered by NSAIDs No BP worsening Other helpful non-medicine options: Mouth guard for night jaw clenching Magnesium glycinate 200–300 mg at night (reduces tension headaches) Avoid overuse of Foracort if it triggers headaches (discuss with your doctor about stepping down)

You can take Tramadol p one sos, I.e. when headache occurs. But apart from pain relief  it is important to cure it if possible. Please share details,  since how long you have headache,  frequency   how long does it last? Did you have a c.t Scan done to exclude any underlying treatable cause for headache?
