Actually we can't predict it. The tests to turn positive needs atleast 10-14 days with the common tests we have now. Theoretically first symptom of HIV could be just a mild fever or sore throat or diarrhoea after 2-3 weeks. This symptoms may even not be noticed in majority of the patients. If you think you had a high risk sexual act ( sex without condom or sex with prostitutes or gay sex or sex with transgenders).. Try to get tested after 10-14 days. HIV transmission in a single sexual act is very minimal
