Hiv test negative

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had last exposure 2 years ago and recently it just crossed my mind to get hiv checked i did anti body 1 and 2,,,,, 2years later(i.e. now) amd the result is negative ,sould i worry about it is the test conclusive
